  • ANNIVERSARY FEE

Please note all students will be charged an anniversary fee. This $50 yearly fee is automatically included in the month's tuition during initial registration and then again on the one-year anniversary of their enrollment. For example, if your athlete initially enrolled in September 2022, this fee will be included in their tuition for the month of September 2023. If they are unenrolled in September and return in December for the following class session, this fee will be due when they re-join for the next class session in December, the fee will automatically carry over and be included in December's tuition.

    WHAT TO WEAR

Students must wear their class t-shirts provided at the start of the class with gym shorts, sweatpants, or leotards to class. If your athletes' class has practice wear/uniform, that class-specific dress code must be followed. The child's class instructor determines appropriate attire and is permitted to require a student to change and/or not participate if their clothing is prohibiting them from participating safely. If long enough, hair should be pulled neatly and securely away from the face so that it stays up for the entire workout. Please be mindful of hair clips/accessories that may fall out or cause discomfort during activity. All students should have activity-appropriate footwear that must only be worn indoors during class or participate barefoot. All personal items should be left in our recreational lockers during class. Jewelry MAY NOT be worn during classes under any circumstances. With that in mind, PLEASE LEAVE JEWELRY ARTICLES AT HOME. Wonderland Elite and The Mad Hatter Performance Company will not be responsible for ANY items that may be lost or stolen within the facility. Please do not bring items that are not necessary for success in class, and be sure essential items are labeled with your student's name.

    ARRIVAL AND PICKUP PROCEDURES

If you are on time, you're late. Please be sure your student arrives 5 minutes before (no earlier, please) their scheduled class time and kindly remain outside in your vehicle. A program manager or student instructor will pick up and dismiss students from the student entrance located on the side of our facility. Additionally, instruct your students to wait inside the building, and if your child is younger than age 10, you should escort them from the side door of the building to your car. During peak times, the parking can become quite crowded. Please take into consideration that our students include young children and drive slowly and carefully. Children are not allowed to be outside unsupervised or play outside under any circumstances.

PLEASE NOTE that we currently do NOT have a parent viewing area inside our facility and are a drop-off program. Parents are welcome to wait outside and sit at the picnic tables located in front of our facility or drop off and return for pick up. With that in mind, please be sure to pick up your student on time and inform us if you know you will be late picking up your student. We completely understand that occasionally, instances occur, and late pickup may be unavoidable. However, if this is a frequent occurrence and late pickup happens multiple times during a session (three-month period), a $20 drop-in fee will be charged to your account each time you are more than 10 minutes late for pickup. Your child will be required to participate in the next available class to ensure their safety, as we do not always have staffing available to remain with them until pickup.

  • CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY:

Private lessons/ appointments can be canceled or rescheduled with no penalty up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Canceling or rescheduling an appointment after that time may result in a cancellation fee being charged for the original appointment booking. Fees vary based on the lesson, instructor, and availability.

    MAKEUP POLICY:

Because of our strict student-to-teacher ratio, missed classes will not automatically result in makeup classes, prorated tuition, or refunds—no refunds will be given under any circumstances for classes missed, including scheduled holidays and/or facility closures. For certain classes/events, makeup tokens may be issued and redeemed at a class-specific makeup event or a later date. If you have questions regarding your athlete's makeup policy, please see their instructor or contact our office for more information.

    PROGRAM WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURE:

IT IS THE PARENT'S RESPONSIBILITY TO NOTIFY US TO DROP A STUDENT FROM CLASS. A drop request must be filled out and submitted in our parent portal to officially withdrawal your student from their class. Speaking to an instructor during class does not qualify, nor does sending your athlete in to notify their instructor. A withdrawal form can be picked up from the facility or requested via email and should be filled out, signed, and returned 30 days prior to the desired withdrawal date.

Please note: You are responsible for tuition payments for your student's classes, regardless of whether or not your athlete attended class until you notify the staff VIA WRITTEN NOTICE. Please do not rely on your students to verbally let us know that they will no longer be attending classes. If a student stops coming to class without notification, then that student's account will still be charged for the month's tuition. This charge is necessary as it will be for holding the student's place in that class instead of offering that place to one of the many on a waiting list.

If you wish to withdraw your student, you may do so thirty days in advance on our website, but we kindly ask that you still notify us in writing of this occurrence.

    ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

Because classes have limited openings and spots are reserved for as long as you are enrolled, no refunds will be given for any classes missed. If you have opted in for automatic payments, your authorization will remain in effect until you notify us that you wish to revoke this authorization, and we have a reasonable opportunity to act on your notice. Please refer to our "Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies" agreed to under the "Family Policies" section if you have any questions or contact our office staff at (845) 313-4835 should you have any additional concerns regarding our policies.

Furthermore, by agreeing to this policy, you certify that you, as the parent or guardian of the athlete(s) listed on your family account through our Wonderland Elite and The Mad Hatter Performance Company IClassPro parent portal, certify that you are responsible for agreeing to and upholding these policies.

  • BILLING AUTHORIZATION:

I represent and warrant that if I am purchasing something or paying for a service from this facility or from other merchants through this facility that (i) any credit card or bank account draft (ACH Draft) information I supply is true and complete, (ii) charges incurred by me will be honored by my credit card company or financial institution, and (iii) I will pay the charges incurred by me at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes, fees, and penalties.

In the event of a failed payment, I must resolve the issue within the first ten days of the billing period. If the issue is not resolved, I certify that I have been notified that a $20 late fee will be added to that month's tuition. In addition, I acknowledge that a returned check fee of $40 may be charged to my account if applicable.

Should I dispute a charge through my financial institution this will constitute a breach of contract possibly resulting in, but not limited to, penalties, additional fees, collection, legal action, and/or termination of any and/or all current and future services.

    ONE TIME PAYMENT POLICY:

By providing my credit card, debit card, or bank account information for my child to participate in programming, I authorize Wonderland Elite and The Mad Hatter Performance Company to charge my account for the agreed-upon purchases and/or services.

Please be advised that if Wonderland Elite and The Mad Hatter Performance Company are unable to secure funds from my credit/debit card(s) or my bank for any reason, including, but not limited to, insufficient funds in my credit/debit card or bank account or insufficient or inaccurate information provided by me when submitting my electronic payment, Wonderland Elite and The Mad Hatter Performance Company may undertake further collection action.

Assumption of the Risk and Waiver of Liability Relating to Coronavirus/COVID-19 as of July 1st, 2020:

The novel coronavirus (“COVID-19”) has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. As a result, federal, state, and local governments and federal and state health agencies recommend social distancing and have, in many locations, prohibited the congregation of groups of people. Wonderland Elite and The Mad Hatter Performance Company have put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19; however, they cannot guarantee that you will not become infected with COVID-19. Further, attending any program or activity at Wonderland Elite and The Mad Hatter Performance Company could increase your risk of contracting COVID-19.

By signing this agreement, I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 while at Wonderland Elite and The Mad Hatter Performance Company and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at Wonderland Elite and The Mad Hatter Performance Company may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, Wonderland Elite and The Mad Hatter Performance Company employees, volunteers, and program participants and their families.

I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to myself (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that I may experience or incur in connection with my attendance at Wonderland Elite and The Mad Hatter Performance Company. On my behalf, I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless Wonderland Elite and The Mad Hatter Performance Company, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from the Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating to that. I understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of Wonderland Elite and The Mad Hatter Performance Company, its employees, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after attending any Wonderland Elite and The Mad Hatter Performance Company program or activity.

PARENTAL CONSENT: I am the minor’s parent or guardian named above. I understand the nature of the Waiver of Liability above and verify and consent to the minor attending Wonderland Elite and The Mad Hatter Performance Company. On the minor’s behalf, I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless Wonderland Elite and The Mad Hatter Performance Company, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from the Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. On behalf of the minor, I understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of Wonderland Elite and The Mad Hatter Performance Company, its employees, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after attending in any Wonderland Elite and The Mad Hatter Performance Company program or activity.

FAQ’s

In addition to our policies, many customers have common questions regarding our program and the services we offer. Therefore, we have compiled answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) in an attempt to address these inquiries. This section provides answers to the most common queries, making it easier for our parents to find the information they need quickly and efficiently.

So, please take a moment to check out our FAQ page below to see if your question has already been answered… If your question has not been answered or you are still unsure, please don't hesitate to contact us for further assistance at

(845) 313-4835.

Where are you located?

Our 9000sqft facility, the only one of its kind in our area, is conveniently located just miles from the border of both New York and New Jersey at:

110 Shady Lane, Unit #1, Milford, PA 18337

What should my child wear to class?

Your child must wear comfortable, stretchy clothing to class. They'll be moving around a lot and doing various exercises and activities, so they need to be able to move freely and efficiently; however, anything too loose or baggy can get in their way or even be a safety hazard.

That being said, effective November 2023 and beyond, each child will be given a class-specific shirt (purple, pink, blue, or green), which will be their official class uniform. All students are expected to wear their shirts to their weekly classes over a leotard or with athletic shorts, leggings, or sweatpants. If wearing a leotard, please have your athlete wear sweatpants in and out of our facility over top of their leotard. Each athlete will be given a locker for the duration of class where they will be able to keep their extra clothing, jacket, water bottle, shoes, etc.

With shoes in mind, please note that our students who attend gymnastics, tumbling, and cheerleading classes participate barefoot. If they would like to wear socks for their safety, please purchase a pair of "grippy socks" for class, as some of our mats and trampolines can be a little too slippery for everyday socks.

Students on our all-star teams and in our ninja classes often wear sneakers. Outside shoes are never permitted on our mats, so please purchase a pair of "gym shoes" only to be worn indoors for them to wear during their classes/practices.

Dancers, please wear a black leotard with tights and bring appropriate footwear for each class… Unsure of what to bring? See Ms. Lynnlee with any questions.

Do I have to stay on site during my child’s class?

No, we do not have a parent observation room, and our facility does not allow parents/spectators to stay and watch the classes on a weekly basis, as it can be disruptive to the learning environment and can cause distractions for both our students and instructors. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and security of all students and to create a focused and productive learning environment. However, parents (up to two guests) are welcome to stay and observe their child's first class to ensure that our program and class structure is the right fit for their child. Additionally, parents are welcome to attend specific classes during designated observation days/times near holidays or the end of each session. In this instance, invitations/reminders will be sent home with each student during one of the classes prior, with information regarding who may attend and when.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a positive student learning experience.

I am unsure which class would be the best fit for my child… How do I decide?

We understand that selecting the right class for your child can be overwhelming. Our coaches are always happy to help you make the best decision for your child's needs. For assistance before registering, please contact our program directors by calling or texting us at (845) 313-4835. When you do so, please provide them with your child's age, skill level, and what program they are interested in; this will help them determine what day/time will be the best option for your child.

Our coaches will then evaluate your child's abilities and recommend the appropriate class. Alternatively, you can also schedule a trial class to see which class your child feels most comfortable in. We want to ensure that your child has a positive experience and feels confident in their abilities, so please don't hesitate to reach out to us for assistance.

I see you run a full season of classes, am I committed to the full season? What is my schedule changes?

Our classes/sessions are ongoing, meaning you can start or stop classes anytime throughout the year. However, in order to maintain appropriate student-to-instructor ratios, thirty days' notice is required to stop billing and officially drop enrollment. For example, if a parent logs on to their parent portal and submits a drop request on 11/22/23, the student will formally drop on 12/22/23; therefore, tuition will automatically be billed on 12/01/23 as scheduled but will no longer continue after 12/22/23.

If an athlete quits after committing to a competitive team for the season, a $250 fee will be billed to the family’s gym account leading up to their departure. If the athlete is leaving the team after choreography occurs for the season, the family will be charged a $250 re-choreography fee as well as the total cost of tuition for the remainder of the season.

Unfortunately, this fee is non-negotiable! When an athlete leaves a team, choreography has to be changed, and another athlete must be found to take the spot of the departing athlete – As you can imagine, this is a GREAT INCONVENIENCE and costs Wonderland Elite, our coaches, and especially our athletes a great deal.

My child is very advanced for their age. Can they be put in the gymnastics class for older children?

No, I'm sorry, but for safety reasons, we cannot place a child in a class that is not appropriate for their age and skill level. Our classes are specially designed to provide each child with the proper level of instruction and challenge to help them progress at a safe and healthy pace. We want all our students to have a positive experience and develop a love for programs (gymnastics, cheerleading, dance, ninja/fitness, etc). Therefore, we recommend that your child be placed in a class that is appropriate for their age and skill level. Our coaches are trained to evaluate each child's abilities and progress, and will make recommendations for class placement accordingly.

Thank you for entrusting our coaches; we can assure you they only want what's best for your child!
